What if I’m not convinced by the proposal?
After the first payment, a specialized technician will visit your office. If you’re not satisfied with the proposal, we’ll refund your money before installation.
How does maintenance work?
One visit per month, with access to the office Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., including watering, fertilization, and pest control treatments.
What happens if a plant starts to die?
They are replenished at no cost: up to 10 units per year with the Standard Pack and up to 18 with the Premium Plan.
Is there a contract term?
5 months after installation; after that, the service is renewable on a month-to-month basis. Does not include moving the plants to another office.
What is included in the monthly fee?
Plants, planters, maintenance, watering, fertilizers, soil, organic pest control, and replacement due to damage.
